Driven past this place so many times without stopping but ventured in for refreshments after a long walk. Soon as we saw the Sunday lunch being served we decided to stay and eat. So nice to get well cooked meat and vegetables that hadn't been cooked to a mush - plenty of crunch. Good value for money - lovely atmosphere - helpful waiting team, although the guy behind the bar didn't seem too happy - hence only 4/5 but still definitely worth a visit rather than driving past. The locals obviously know about it as it was heaving as we left...
